What does one credit cover?
One credit covers one document. You receive two PDF reports for it: a similarity report that lists the sources your text matches, and an AI-content report that shows how much of the text reads as AI-generated.
Which files can I send?
PDF, DOCX and DOC files up to 20MB each. You can send several files at once and each file uses one credit.
How long does it take?
Most files are completed within minutes during working hours. We email you as soon as the reports are in your account, and you can switch on phone notifications too.
How accurate is AI-content detection?
AI-content detection gives a strong indication, not proof. It can flag human writing or miss AI text, so read the highlighted passages yourself and treat the percentage as a guide.
What happens to my document?
Your file is stored privately on our server so we can produce your reports. It is not shared, sold or added to any public or shared comparison database. You can delete the file and its reports from your account at any time.
How do I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express debit or credit card through Paystack. Prices are in US dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings at KES 130 per dollar.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, and a credit used on a file that we cannot process is returned automatically. See the refund policy for details.

Yes. You get 2 bonus credits for every 10 you buy, added automatically at checkout.
